Pensão Lauleschilde, located in the city of Maputo, hosted the signing of a Collective Labour Agreement this Wednesday between the hotel establishment and the National Union of Workers in the Hotel Industry, Tourism and Related Sectors (SINTIHOTS).

Described as a historic milestone for SINTIHOTS in 2025, the event reaffirmed the joint commitment of the employer and workers to promoting a dignified and balanced working environment based on the protection of labour rights.
The ceremony was led by the Director of Pensão Lauleschilde and attended by the Secretary of the Trade Union Committee and the establishment’s Human Resources Manager. The importance of trade union mediation as a means of ensuring better working conditions and strengthening labour relations was highlighted during the event.
